By accessing or using the SANTVLANA website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you book a stay, a separate written guest agreement will govern the specifics of your program, pricing, deposits, and cancellation terms; where these Terms and a signed guest agreement conflict, the guest agreement prevails.

SANTVLANA is a wellness and consultation-led retreat experience. It is not a hospital, emergency facility, or substitute for your primary medical care. Content on this website — including program descriptions and responses from our AI assistant — is general information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Program recommendations, medical suitability, and any clinical scope are confirmed during private intake with appropriate professionals, not through this website. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Every guest may be offered a bespoke continuation plan. Telemedicine, clinical review, wellness coaching, or care coordination is provided only under a separate written scope identifying the responsible professional, the nature of the service, fees, appointment format, privacy terms, record handling, and applicable consent.

Clinical telemedicine is available only when the professional is licensed or otherwise authorized to provide the agreed service where you are physically located at the time of the appointment. You must provide your accurate location and identity, maintain an appropriate private setting, and tell the provider if your location changes. A session may be declined, paused, or redirected to local care when licensing, technology, safety, examination needs, or clinical suitability require it.

Telemedicine is not an emergency service and does not automatically include diagnosis, prescribing, or treatment. In an emergency, contact the emergency services where you are physically located. Your local clinicians remain responsible for care outside the expressly agreed SANTVLANA scope.

Equine activities carry inherent risk. Horses are large, powerful animals whose behavior can be unpredictable regardless of training, supervision, or precautions; ocean and outdoor activities carry their own natural risks. By participating you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these inherent risks.

Participation is voluntary and conditional on: completing our suitability screening honestly; following all instructions from facilitators and safety personnel; and using provided safety equipment. SANTVLANA and its operating partners may pause or end any activity at their discretion for safety reasons. Guests will be asked to sign a detailed acknowledgement and release of risk before participating in equine or ocean activities; that signed document governs participation.

Stays are subject to availability and suitability review. Pricing is provided by private proposal. Deposit, payment, rescheduling, and cancellation terms are set out in your guest agreement at the time of booking and may vary by program and season. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering trip cancellation and medical emergencies.

You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to disrupt it, submitting false enquiries, or abusing the chat assistant. The AI assistant may produce inaccurate information; verify anything important with our team before relying on it. All website content, branding, and imagery are the property of SANTVLANA or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SANTVLANA's liability arising out of website use is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct. Liability relating to a stay is governed by your guest agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
