The heart of SANTVLANA in Sandy Bay, on Jamaica's north coast.
The Great House parcel is the SANTVLANA campus. The restoration preserves its limestone arches and long central stair, and adds a rustic timber upper floor with a deep verandah over the gardens. The building extends left beyond the portion visible through the vegetation.
Across the grounds, vine-covered pergolas offer shade and places to spend time with horses. A long garden approach and horse fountain form the heart of the landscape.

Exposed timber beams, wide-plank floors and limestone walls open through tall French doors onto the verandah. From here the gardens fall away toward the sea.
Interiors shown are design concepts; final layout and finishes follow survey and planning.
Outdoor pergolas and sheltered rooms bring the gardens, movement and quiet care together.

Vine-covered pergolas create places to pause, move and spend time with horses. Clear, level approaches connect them to the grounds, with enclosed spaces available elsewhere when needed.

Garden paths connect the pergolas, with space for horses to move between stations.
The coastline and open fields pictured elsewhere represent the wider nearby setting. A pool is reported behind the Great House; its location, condition and future use still need to be confirmed.
