Health Education & Empowerment

To share as much healthy lifestyle knowledge with our guests as possible we have created the Healthy Living Academy, which is our group activity space.

Its weekly schedule includes outdoor walks, workouts, mind-body sessions, health and wellness talks, films and documentaries, healthy cooking classes, art exhibits, live music performances, and more. Everything here is designed to make well-being the cornerstone of our facilities.

Morning Walks

Our walks through l’Albir and its unique landscapes are a real Mediterranean energy recharge. Every week we go on walks to the lighthouse, hikes, or jogs on the beach. When the weather conditions are ideal, we also offer Nordic walking in the Sierra Helada Natural Park.

Mind & Body Sessions

Each week we plan group yoga, mindfulness, or meditation classes to achieve the perfect balance between body and mind.

Fitness Classes

Staying active and fit is another key to living longer and better. Every week, our dedicated trainers give group classes (such as Total Body Condition or AquaGym) for toning, stretching, and working the different muscle groups.

Healthy Cooking Classes

The recipes and techniques of our chefs are transformed into cooking classes. We want our guests to understand food in a new way, and to learn the properties of each food with the basics of SHA Healthy Nutrition.

Leisure Activities

We round off each day with live music and theme nights in our SHAmadi restaurant. We also show great films and documentaries in our cinema.

SHA Talks

In these talks, different SHA specialists share knowledge and go in-depth on various health and well-being topics.
